Family Owned and Operated
We are a 3-generation trucking family, beginning with Johnnie and Pat Redding. Their son, Dan rejoined the company in 2009 and is the current CEO. Dan’s son, Mack, joined the company in 2015 as an owner operator and is now the current dispatcher. Dan’s second son, Ryan, joined the company as the lead broker for Redding Transportation LLC in 2019. As you can see, we are well situated to continue this company into the future, while maintaining our family atmosphere for our drivers and customers.

Technology and Equipment
RC Trucking Inc. uses ELD’s supplied by Omnitracs. Our dispatchers use Omnitracs along with Intouch Mobile Solutions tracking to keep our drivers moving by forward dispatching so drivers can plan routes and fuel stops without wasting valuable time waiting for dispatches after unloading. We pride ourselves on the ability to load our trucks in a manner that allows drivers to exhaust their allowable driving and on duty time each day to be efficient and profitable.
What Makes Our Company Special
Along with 24-hour dispatching and support, we have mechanics on duty during the day, Monday thru Saturday, to provide support to our company drivers as well as our owner-operators. We provide weekly settlement for both company drivers and owner-operators with direct deposit. Our owner-operators are a valued part of our company and as such, we pass along our fleet buying power for tires, parts, etc. to them as well.
Redding Transportation LLC
We provide full brokerage services to large fleets and single-unit owner-operators. We can provide single loads to help you get closer to your next load or we can put you into our dedicated circles and run your trucks every day. We are available to assist you in any way you may need.
